During and After the Rain 5/25-26/19 Saturday and Sunday we had some heavy rains, tornado warnings, and high winds. Looks like some pretty roses managed to survive, as one does through the hardest of times. Maybe I should have had some photos before they got all beat up by the rain. Still pretty though. Photos were taken with the 6D Mark II. Still learning the ins and outs of this amazing camera, but I love it. Presley and the TV 5-24-19 Normally I really don't like using the flash. Considering how dark the room was, and how I only wanted to capture Presley and the beautiful wood floors my family just had put in not long ago, this was a fun time to face my fears of red eye, washing out the scene, and just all the bad family photos that end up ruined by using the flash without considering the effects it has. All in all, this was good fun. New Camera! 5/15/2019 Not much to report on lately but I got a new camera today. The Canon EOS 6D Mark II arrived and I got a 200EG Backpack, another monopod, 2 battery packs, an external flash, 64GB SD Card, a Deluxe Power Grip for extended battery life, a hand strap, another Shutter Release Remote Timer, cleaning accessories, and a USB/SD Flash Drive adapter. I bought just the body, so I have the Canon warranty and all the things bundled in the package, but no lenses. It is compatible with lenses I have so no worries. I took a photo of my 6D with my phone and used the new camera and my 50mm lens on Lord Shaxx. Thanks, Aaron Imported the photos through instagram, testing out the wifi features of the Camera to my phone. Will update with the full images direct from the Camera ASAP.
