Comanche Trail and CCC (6-3-17)

The Last Time I ventured to Palo Duro Canyon was June 3rd of this year.
We hiked the Comanche Trail and then over to CCC. Things have gotten too busy between work and public event gigs to adventure out into the wilderness and take in the fresh air and disconnect from all the technology we cling to daily.
It is a place unlike any other, where we can fully hone in on our artistic side and experiment as we journey the trails, take meaningless snapshots that we later realize capture true beauty of the world we live in. Somehow I always manage to capture some local wildlife on every trip and this one is no different.
Every trip is another amazing chance to catch a new scene from a new angle. To see something we haven't seen and to go somewhere we haven't been. It never gets old and the thrill of the adventure never gets stale. I hope you'll enjoy these photos and I'll have more to share as we go.
We arrived just before dawn and took photos until the afternoon. As usual, I'll have a few subtitles under the photos and gear details at the footnote.
